Chaumetbag is proud to announce the successful conclusion of our participation in the 2024 ISPO trade show in Germany. Over the course of the three-day event, we had the privilege of presenting our latest innovations in outdoor and sports bags to an international audience.   With over 30 years of experience in the industry and a strong base in Quanzhou, China, we introduced a diverse range of high-performance products, including Outdoor Bags, Sport Backpacks, Sports Waist Packs, Ski Bags, Waterproof Bags, and Hydration Running Vests.     Innovative Waterproof Bag Collection Captures Attention One of the standout features of our booth was the debut of our latest waterproof bag designs. Models such as the CM-ISPOWBO1A and CM-ISPOWB01B quickly caught the eye of both professional buyers and outdoor enthusiasts alike. These bags combine superior waterproof performance with lightweight yet durable materials, making them perfect for extreme weather conditions.   Designed with multi-functional compartments, they offer excellent organization and are ideal for hiking, camping, and water sports. Their stylish and practical design further sets them apart, making them a must-have for adventurers.     Praise for Our Outdoor and Ski Bag Collections In addition to the waterproof bags, our outdoor and ski bag collections received significant praise for their design and functionality. Models like the CM-ISPOSK01A and CM-ISPOSB03A exemplify Chaumetbag’s unique approach to both form and function.   These bags provide expansive interior spaces, optimized for smart compartmentalization, and ergonomic features that ensure comfort during prolonged use. Perfect for skiing enthusiasts and professional athletes, these bags stand out for their practicality and comfort, which were highlighted by numerous exhibition attendees.     Commitment to Sustainability At Chaumetbag, sustainability is a core value, and we were excited to showcase our latest environmental efforts at ISPO. We proudly presented our Life Cycle Assessment of Recycled Dope-Dyed Polyester Products, an in-depth analysis of the environmental impact of the recycled polyester materials we use.   By opting for these eco-friendly materials, we not only reduce the carbon footprint during production but also ensure exceptional durability and performance in our products. Keep going in 2023! Today, the year-end summary meeting of the Chaumet Bags team was very successful and successful. 30th Anniversary of Quanzhou Factory & Grand Opening of Cambodia Factory Established in 1994, Chaumetbag Quanzhou has grown over 30 years to become a leading enterprise in bag manufacturing in the region. Key Milestones Over the Years · 1994: Establishment of Quanzhou Factory · 2014: Launch of "Chaumet Bags" One-Stop Service · 2015: Annual revenue exceeds 1 million USD · 2020: Annual revenue exceeds 10 million USD · 2021: Annual revenue exceeds 100 million RMB · 2023: Establishment of the Amazon department and the Grio brand · 2024: Establishment of Cambodia Factory Chaumetbag Quanzhou Factory: 30 Years of Excellence Chaumetbag Quanzhou factory covers an area of 12,000 square meters, with 30 production lines and printing, R&D departments. Our production capacity is up to 100,000 pieces per month, with a sample delivery time of 2 to 5 days and an order delivery time of 20 to 30 days. The materials and the factory itself are certified by international standards such as ISO9001, SGS, GMC, etc. Our factory's strong production capacity ensures that we can efficiently meet large-scale orders. We focus on timely delivery and strictly adhere to schedules to meet customer needs. In addition, we are close to major Chinese ports, with a complete logistics network and excellent freight conditions, providing cost-effective and reliable transportation solutions. Global Expansion: Cambodia Factory We are grateful for the recognition from society and the trust of our partners. On the occasion of our factory's 30th anniversary, we are also excited to share some great news: we have opened our first overseas factory in Cambodia. The new factory covers 9000m2, having 18 production lines. Our production capacity can reach 3 000000 pcs every year, and sample lead time can be 7 to 20 days, and production time of bulk order is 90 to 120 days, excluding raw material procurement time.   Our new factory is close to the largest local port, which can provide our customers with diversified logistics options, simplify customs clearance and export processes, and with a 15%-25% tariff reduction. The new facility is now in operation, and we believe it will make a significant contribution to our future growth. As we continue with technological upgrades, reforms, and the expansion of our production lines, we are committed to providing the world with higher-quality products. Chaumetbag Philosophy: People-centered and committed to charity. Our factory prioritizes the well-being of our employees, with over 60% of them having been with us for more than 15 years. We consider our employees as family. We are dedicated to giving back to society and organize annual charity events to support vulnerable groups, such as the elderly and disabled children. As the problem of global warming intensifies, more and more people begin to pay attention to environmental protection issues. Chaumet Bags also noticed this problem and developed backpacks made of recycled fabrics. We primarily use recycled polyester and recycled nylon. In Spring 2023, 60% of the polyester and nylon fabric we use to make our backpacks will be recycled. This season we saved more than 4 million pounds of CO2 emissions by using recycled fabrics compared to virgin fabrics. We look forward to life on Earth, not back to the past. Together, we can put purpose above profit and protect this wonderful planet, our only home.
